The responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing commercial kitchen equipment in the preparation of menu items
- Monitoring food at serving areas for fresh appearance and proper holding temperatures
- Assisting in serving food on the service line
- Washing dishes and utensils, as well as cleaning the food service area during and after service
Requirements-
- Pass a level 2 background check that will include fingerprinting
- Diligent with following food safety requirements
- Self-starter- Can-do attitude!
- Ability to read a recipe and follow measurement guidelines
- HS Diploma or GED
- Previous food service experience is strongly preferred.
- Team player with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- Basic computer skills- For Café Managers
- Willing to obtain food safety certification- A Plus if you have SERV Safe
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of 30-50lbs
