The Sales Enablement Multimedia Designer is an exciting and challenging role requiring the ability to build digital content that supports the behavioral outcomes and drives measurable results related to Sales Enablement programs. The Multimedia Designer will partner with the Sales Enablement team to elevate learning outcomes by building creative assets and visuals using adult learning principles and digital design best practices. The ideal candidate is an incredibly creative visual storyteller and collaborative in their approach. They have high-end digital skills and are experts with interactive media software, which include graphic design of digital content including video production and editing. They are agile at brainstorming, and are able to determine and deliver optimal content based on the learner’s needs. They are also deadline driven, organized and detail obsessed.
The Multimedia Designer will be expected to consult with Sales Enablement partners and other cross-functional stakeholders to promote learning as a change agent, drive commitment, and execute on instructionally sound content development and delivery techniques.
We're looking for a candidate who is:
Multimedia Designer Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and present cohesive, multi-dimensional creative digital concepts to support Sales Enablement programs
Support design and production of various assets that are fresh, compelling and inspires our learners to engage and take action. This may include (and is not limited to) digital presentations, templates, web and landing pages, rotator images, infographics, eBooks, digital ads and banners, newsletters, print assets, animation, videos, motion graphics, webinars, podcasts, etc.
Participate in planning, messaging development, and creative sessions to elevate content and training development.
E nsure a consistent look, feel and experience across all deliverables, that are compliant with design, brand, legal and/or accessibility standards/requirements, as required.
Successfully communicate designs and rationale both verbally and visually.
Own the vision for the use of video and mixed media as enablement tools
Establish processes for scaled multimedia development across Global Sales Enablement projects
Apply agile development methodologies to maintain a constant stream of iterative
enablement resources that evolve with the needs of our target audience
Conduct needs analysis and measure effectiveness and usage or media assets over time
Consult with partners across the organization as they produce multimedia content for
enablement including communications and events
Collaborates closely with Sales Enablement and Learning Experience Design partners to
develop digital media assets and scalable templates to support enablement programs and
events
Assists in designing and creating storyboards and scripts
Designs and delivers high quality motion graphics optimized for video, intranet sites, and elearnings
Retouches, corrects, and color-grades video and media content within brand guidelines
Ensures all produced material is correctly optimized for chosen dissemination (elearning, intranet, communications, instructional guides, Slack channels)
Manage large/complex projects or multiple projects within budget and time constraints.
Continuously stretch and innovate to raise the bar on existing media solutions including development, operationalized processes, techniques, and solution types.
Drive enhancements for learning assets and resources.
Mentor and coach peer developers as appropriate to improve instructional design
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
Preferred Qualifications
BA preferred
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Experience with storyboarding and scripting
Experience in Sales Enablement
Experience leveraging standard eLearning and digital design tools (Articulate, Captivate, Adobe, Vyond, Photoshop, Camtasia, etc.)
Experience & proven success building learning solutions for sales
Proven leadership skills, team building, project management and mentoring to more junior roles
Demonstrated success in resolving complex problems
Measurable success in generating innovative solutions that change or promote desired behavior
Ability to resolve complex problems and mitigate risks
Ability to work in a rapid-development, fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong teaming and negotiation skills at all levels of an organization
