```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Conducting preventive maintenance on various systems
- Inspecting and repairing building structures
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Fabricate and install various components as needed
- Supervising and coordinating contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Maintain Swimming Pool
```Experience```
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Minimum of knowledge of pool maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair equipment
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience with welding and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
