What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Sleep Inn Hotel?
We are currently looking for an individual willing to work as a Front Desk Agent. An individual with excellent customer service skills who can assist our guests with all their needs would be very successful at this position. The individual should be willing to work two or more days/nights a week with open availability and flexibility. Weekends and holidays are required.
Job Functions include but are not limited to the following: .
*Welcoming guests and assisting them with the arrival process
*Responding to guest requests and inquiries
*Answer the front desk phone, transfer calls
*Post all charges, update folios, balance credit cards, charges and cash. Performing bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts & nightly audits
*Keeping up with the cleanliness of our lobby area, back offices, and kitchen area.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Customer Service Experience
*Must be capable of accurately handling money.
- 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Additional hours may be available on a on call/ per diem basis. Weekends and holidays are required.
