We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Franchise Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
