Repair Technician

We are seeking a Service Repair Technician to work in our warehouse to help service and maintain our sleep product for our customers. This includes repairing, cleaning, boxing, and triaging units that come in for service. This is a temporary position, with no benefits at this time.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately diagnose and repair units and other products as needed
• Help identify trends of issues and causes of the issue
• Solve technical problems of different levels
• Provide consistent, solid contribution to the team and overall goals
• Report and document all assessments
• Adhere to established production practices
• Complete support tickets
• Maintain & track inventory while in repair status
• Provide updates to other team members as needed
• Maintain order within work area

What You'll Bring

• The ability to logically troubleshoot and problem solve
• The ability to professionally handle and resolve stressful situations
• 6 months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing products.
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics
• Detail oriented and quality focused
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Proficiency to navigate computer-based technology
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to sit & stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a group environment.

Job Details

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm
• OT opportunities available occasionally
