Slice Merchant Services is seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Liaison who will be working closely with our VP of Sales on all aspects of Sales and beyond. This individual MUST be Enthusiastic and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Sales
- Be point of contact between the VP of Sales and employees/customers.
- Maintain and regularly update internal CRM database.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Proactive thinker. Anticipate and prioritize needs, develop options, and propose solutions to problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, collaborative team player that enjoys working within a results-driven, community-oriented environment.
- Self-confidence with proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Place, receive and lead high volume of phone calls and e-mails
- Experience with customer retention
- Experience in assisting sales personnel
- Stay current with information systems and training
- Promotes and sells new products to existing and/or potential customers thorough a relationship-based approach
