What you will be doing:

• Provide customer support to Commercial Residential policyholders through incoming calls, emails, and mail.
• Respond promptly to all inquiries and document correspondence in the policy management system.
• Process endorsements, payments, and requests for evidence of insurance for Commercial Residential policies.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Residential underwriting department to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to leadership for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records according to company standards and ensure procedures are properly followed.
• Meet QA metrics for client satisfaction and call management.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
  
  

What you have:

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years' experience in a customer service or administrative office position required.
• 1 years' experience in Property & Casualty Insurance required.
• Experience in Commercial Residential Insurance preferred.
  
  

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers and team members in other departments.
• Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability and desire to obtain an active 4-40 license.
