RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adeptly master and perform all daily operational procedures
- Warmly greet retail customers, assess their needs and provide exceptional service
- Effectively educate customers on our client’s services and upsell when needed
- Diligently follow-up on all customer issues and requests
- Successfully reach sales targets and meet in-store sales goals
- Help build new business while maintaining great client relationships
- Work cross-functionally with team members to support all in-office operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- A positive, professional attitude
- A willingness to jump in and help out wherever needed
- Genuine concern and care for attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- At least 2 years sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience
- Able to work full time
