Position Summary
· Responsible for the daily operations of the Financial Planning firm, including policies and procedures, facilities, vendors, purchasing, and information technology. This will be a working director role and will assist staff in client services.
Job-Specific Responsibilities
· Develops, recommends, and implements appropriate policies and procedures as they relate to the operational functions of the agency. Reviews and evaluates to ensure agency needs are being met and makes appropriate adjustments as necessary.
· Works collaboratively with the Team Leads to review and evaluate the operational needs of their teams. This includes developing strategies and processes to ensure client service needs are being met and acting as a resource to facilitate smooth operations when questions or conflicts arise.
· Oversees the ordering and delivery of office supplies for the agency. Addresses needs or concerns with the appropriate staff or vendors as necessary.
· Oversees the agency’s information systems and technology. Evaluates organizational needs, monitors budget and expenses, and manages third-party vendors to ensure proper use, maintenance, and repair. This includes hardware, software, and cyber liability protection.
· Creates tracking for new business, pending business and paid business and ensures that all business is moving through the pipeline
· Assists with the following as needed
· Prepare and complete needed documents to set up new accounts, including e-applications
· Assist with data gathering, organization of information and data entry
· Respond to client questions and requests
· Input data into E-Money system, keep up to date, and prepare reports for clients
· Prepare review summaries and statements and other information for client meetings
· Works with Advisors in implementing Business Plan.
· Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required with adequate industry and managerial experience.
· Must have previous experience managing a multi-faceted office setting, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
· Previous supervisory experience required
· Must be willing to travel regularly between office locations as needed.
· Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize a variety of projects and tasks in an effective and timely manner.
· Must maintain accuracy in work and have a strong attention to detail.
· Must be able to communicate effectively using both written and oral methods.
· Must possess strong computer skills, including agency management systems, Microsoft applications, and the Internet.
· Must possess the ability to utilize basic office equipment, such as a computer, printer, scanner, copier, telephone, and fax machine.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
