Essential functions

- Responsible for receiving, completing and returning disability forms to the appropriate party.
- Responsible for creating charges and invoices for forms that require payment.
- Responsible for filing and archiving disability forms.
- Responsible for monitoring the incoming calls, disability office fax and email.
- Responsible for checking the disability voicemail and returning calls as needed.
- Other clerical support projects and duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
