Experience & Qualifications :
1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire to continually learn more.
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.
Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible.
Guide guests through the menu and overall dining experience, providing thoughtful recommendations of food and beverage items.
Properly course all food and beverage items and ensure satisfaction of each item / course.
Work with other servers, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
Observe all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions.
Ensure proper payment is collected for each table or guest.
Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.
