· The Technical Lead/BA should have knowledge in all systems in service order management to design a solution.
· Good in Java Programming concepts and scripts
· Good understanding of Telecom domain and Telecom operation processes end to end (OSS)
· 10 years of IT experience preferably in telecom domain and designing OSS BSS applications.
· Should have good experience in application of standard software development principles.
· Should be able to work as an independent contributor , capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
· Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
You are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size/complexity/order-value projects. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). You should provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
· Hands on experience in ITIL and TMF Business Framework (eTOM), TMF Application Framework (TAM) and TMF Information Framework (SID)
· Specializing in the areas of SDN, NFV, VNF, MANO, SD-WAN, Telecom OSS – CRM, Service Fulfilment, Service Orchestration & Activation, Inventory, Service Assurance and Billing on telecom products pertaining to SD-WAN, iWAN, MPLS, Internet VPN, Broadband and Mobility
. Act as a Primary customer interface and bridge the offshore team with customer and meet customer expectations.
· Capturing business requirements, analysis, solutioning and support bidding process in RFI/RFP
· Provide technical sales support in bidding lifecycle through documentation, estimation, presentations etc.
· Effectively performed in Business Analyst and Lead Solution Designer roles for ramp up of projects with complete ownership as per core business objectives
· Skilled strategist who transforms strategic plans into workable solutions and benchmarks performance against key operational goals
· Exceptionally organized leader who orchestrated critical business requirements and deliver in time
· Proactive Team Builder who excels in strategic planning, problem solving, turnaround management and innovative process improvement
· Strong communicator with first-hand operational experience as a Service Solution Designer - Capturing requirements, analyze and prepare E2E solutions for given business cases/use cases
· Translate business requirements in technical solution in agreement with other designers
· Produce HLD with E2E view and interface changes to fulfil all business expectations
· Work Estimation, costing, test planning and delivery planning · Defined Product Model (using TMF-SID) and Process Model (using BPMN)
· Network Service Modelling (using YANG) and VNF Template (using TOSCA)
· E2E Solution Designing on OSS systems and interfaces (API Specification) and guide team in development process
