**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Site Training Manager to oversee daily training and documentationof current workflows and processes to ensure the smooth functioning of our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing training, implementing new training materials, and maintaining high-quality standards.
**Duties:**
- Support and create work instructions content and training materials to support operations for all operation teams.
- Work daily with front line leaders to document work processes / procedures to align job training documents and training processes.
- Maintain skills matrices within departments and update specific training plans as needed.
- Coordinate with department leadership to increase skill and proficiency of all members.
- Validate and document training of individuals.
- Work side by side with learners to grow skill levels of department as a coach / facilitator.
- Create an active learning culture through encouragement, positive reinforcement, timely feedback, and follow up.
- Keep leaders and stakeholders up to date on the training status and progress of teams.
- Create a rewarding learning environment in the classroom, and on the shop floor.
- Update and post training and development metrics assigned.
