Role: Integration Support Engineer

The Integration Support Engineer is a customer facing role to help support partners in onboarding, troubleshooting and resolving issues and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end onboarding to new partners including training and troubleshooting issues
- Serve as a primary technical contact during and post integration
- Support and monitor existing integrations and triage issues
- Work with Partnership, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure partners are supported through the implementation process and beyond.
- Handle partner communication, provide status on support issues and reporting
- Provide timely post-production support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Knowledge of Java, integrations with web services, APIs
- Experience developing/testing UI and mobile applications
- Proficient in SQL and NOSQL
- Experience in AWS or other cloud platform a plus
- Works well in a team environment and is comfortable with a fast pace, switching priorities, and multitasking.
- Expert analysis, troubleshooting, technical and non-technical communication skills
- Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in lending or fintech industry
- Familiarity with Big Data analytics platforms
