• Evening: 3h00 pm to 11h30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Team Lead is required to conduct daily meetings with the production Supervisor for all staff to ensure daily goals are clearly conveyed.
• The Team Lead helps to facilitate the production targets with all team members.
• The Team Lead is required to help facilitate the way the work needs to be carried out.
• The Team Lead is required to monitor the work done by the team members.
• The Team Lead needs to help the team members in achieving the goals and targets.
• The Team Lead is required to assist team members and provide feedback on their work.
• The Team Lead is required to make sure that the team members are following guidelines and processes set by the company while carrying out various tasks.
• The Team Lead is involved in training communications with the new production team members.
• The Team Lead is required to help assess the training needs of existing production team members.
• The Team Lead will fill in for an employee with absenteeism.
• The Team Lead is required to work upon enhancing the company’s productivity.
• Overtime required by the needs of the company.
• Oversee daily housekeeping requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 3 year of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 5s organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to details.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to interpret drawings.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Knowledge of brazing.
• Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal).
• Ability to speak to groups of people.
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
