Smart Choice Cleaning – Chantilly, VA
Smart Choice is seeking a dynamic Customer Services Representative to be an integral part of our Team. We are looking for a talented client-focused employee to be a liaison for our company. This position will involve handling incoming client calls, updating information into a database, following up on paperwork, and more! We are seeking candidates who thrive on helping others and can work well in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Professionally answer the phones and direct all calls accordingly
- Assist with special administrative projects
- Troubleshoot and answer questions from homeowners relating to their accounts.
- Ability to identify and escalate calls to the next level for additional assistance as necessary.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.
- Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.
- Maintains organizational information and other guide references as needed.
- Logs information into our CRM; tracks and monitors progress and/or disposition of requests, actions, files, documents, programs.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- The position requires someone who is personable, dependable, and responsible, with excellent organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude with impeccable customer service skills
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- High School level education
Compensation:
- $15.00 - $18.00 an hour

Work Hours:
- 24 hours per week. Two days during the week and every Saturday.
