We are seeking out an individual who is highly motivated, a self starter, pays attention to detail, ability to multitask, has effective time management and organizational skills and who is excited to join our rapidly growing team with potential advancement opportunities in sales.

Job Title: Entry Level: Shipping Coordinator (Part-Time)

Job Description but not limited to:

· Handling outgoing samples: prepare sample shipments front requested by sales team for potential or current customers

· Maintaining a clear log of what was shipped

· Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

· Ship out E-commerce order from our website or from Amazon

· Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and delays in order fulfillment.

Requirements:

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Proven experience working in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, carriers, and customers.

· Good command of Microsoft Office tools is preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Proficiency in shipping software and systems, such as Ship Station, UPS, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar platforms.

· Strong commitment to a team environment

· Efficient follow up skills

· Strong problem solving skills

· Solid customer service attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
