Responsibilities:

As a Rooftop Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a unique and memorable experience for patrons enjoying our rooftop venue. Your responsibilities include crafting exceptional cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our rooftop bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a diverse range of cocktails, taking pride in the presentation and quality of each drink. Stay updated on mixology trends and introduce signature rooftop beverages.
• Interact with patrons in a friendly and engaging manner, offering recommendations, providing information about the rooftop offerings, and ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Leverage the scenic rooftop setting to enhance the presentation of drinks. Pay attention to detail in garnishing and serving beverages to complement the elevated atmosphere.
• Manage customer orders efficiently during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Collaborate with barback and support staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Keep the rooftop bar area organized, clean, and well-stocked. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to replenish supplies as needed.
• Actively promote rooftop specials, events, and promotions to increase sales. Use your creativity to suggest unique and seasonal offerings.
• Familiarize yourself with and adhere to local alcohol regulations and rooftop safety guidelines. Ensure responsible service and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a rooftop or high-volume setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and an understanding of premium spirits.
• Outstanding customer service skills with an ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Physical stamina to work in a dynamic rooftop environment.
• TIPS or similar certification is a plus.
