General Description:
The Safety Services Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of Smart Safety Gulf Coast to ensure customers are served in a consistent manner. This includes serving as the customer interface manager for selected customer relationships, developing new customers, and helping define and implement consistent operating processes. Key activities include:
Essential Functions:
Sales Process Assistance: Assist as needed with sales calls and proposals to current and new customers.
Training: Conduct various customer training classes, as needed. Train Smart's staff on operating processes.
Operating Processes: Play a lead role in making sure Smart's operating processes are implemented and consistently followed. This include:
