What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Brand Manager position at Smart Solutions?
We have an immediate need for an Associate Brand Manager to join a rapidly expanding marketing team! The Associate Brand Manager will support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for assigned brands including new products, media/advertising, consumer promotions, merchandising and public relations.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand project initiatives across all elements of the marketing.
- Assist brands with key areas that directly influence the success of the business, including forecasting, inventory levels, packaging, point of sale, and sales collateral materials.
- Complete key business analyses including: marketplace/share, competitive assessment, volume builds, capacity assessment, promotion evaluation, pricing/sizing analysis, and market research analysis and implications.
- Takes initiative and has a bias for action to drive for results.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management at a consumer goods company.
- Proven ability to multitask.
- Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development.
- Compelling communications with the ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas.
- Critical thinking with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and recognize the broader implications of issues.
- Intellectual curiosity with the drive to always learn more.
- Strong leadership with the ability to effectively influence others to advance shared goals.
