Position Description:
SmartAcre, a B2B marketing technology agency, is seeking a dynamic marketer with a passion for creating and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The Marketing Specialist utilizes their experience in content creation, SEO, paid placement, and marketing automation to optimize the marketing funnel from top to bottom.

Key Responsibilities/Desired Allocations of Time
- Proactively manage, test, improve, and measure inbound marketing performance while working to increase campaign performance.
- Develop content for lead and demand generation campaigns, social, and blog posts aimed at driving online visibility, conversions, and user engagement.
- Manage and execute marketing automation and email campaigns (Pardot and/or HubSpot).
- Building out landing pages, workflows, creating rules for email list segmentation, etc.
- Manage and update client website content.
- Performs SEO audits for clients highlighting opportunities for growth through lead generation and nurturing.
- Responsible for execution of SEO tactics to meet client goals, including initial keyword strategy and research, on-going trend analysis and on-page optimizations, and off-page technical optimizations.
- Manages paid search campaigns that generate quality leads, and optimizes as needed.
- Leverage AI and other technologies to build efficiencies.
- Analyze market trends, championing new strategies and tactics to promote the brand
- Manages projects, timelines and deliverables for assigned clients.
- Contributes to monthly dashboards and quarterly reports as necessary.
- Provide day-to-day support and communication to clients and internal team members.
- Actively participates in client meetings to share KPIs and recommendations, and capture updates and action items.
Minimum Qualification & Skills:
- 3-5 years experience executing inbound marketing tactics like email and content marketing, paid search, and SEO for lead generation.
- 1 years of experience building campaigns in Hubspot, Pardot, or Marketo.
- Has worked in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Fluent in all writing styles, technical nuances (like AP Style), and grammar.
- Impeccable attention to detail through accuracy and accountability.
- Exhibits time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while in a remote environment.
- A positive attitude with outstanding collaboration skills.
- Technical understanding of the pieces that make up a successful digital campaign.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has a deep understanding of all data & analytics platforms, and how to integrate these into daily tasks, including Google Analytics & Goals, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and relevant Tech Stack Integrations (HubSpot/Pardot & Ad/Analytics)

Key Performance Indicators:
- Actively hold certifications in HubSpot Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Email Marketing and/or HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Search, and Google Analytics.
