What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Strategist position at SmartBear?

SmartBear is looking for an experienced Content Strategist to establish best practices, set writing standards, and develop a documentation tools strategy for SmartBear’s family of products.
Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple product documentation sets to develop a common approach to information design, including a common brand voice and style.
- Evaluate writing and publishing tools, make recommendations, and plan for a common tools strategy.
- Work closely with writers and designers to ensure adherence to the information strategy and design goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in establishing best practices for a technical writing team.
- Excellent communication and information design skills.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Software-related or linguistic higher education.
- Experience working with multiple product documentation set is preferred.
- Experience documenting or using APIs or test tools is preferred.
