You will contact these consumers via their state-of-the-art technology platform to confirm interest and connect them via warm transfer to a network of licensed agents. They partner with every major insurance carrier and 6,500 independent agents. Their clients LOVE their calls.
As a warm transfer agent, you will:- Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls on a computer automated system. (no manual dialing involved)
- Be required to read from a script
- Verify customers information and pre-qualify customer
- Transfer the customer to a licensed insurance agent.
- Handle a high volume of outbound calling daily and ask qualifying questions
- Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent
- Meet performance expectations and KPIs
- 1 years of sales experience preferred
- Fast-paced call center experience a plus
- Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
- Self-motivated & independent
- Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
