As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for growing and implementing our Linguistic Quality Assurance Program. You will consult with customers to understand their LQA needs and help them customize our offering. You will manage the ongoing LQA cycles and ensure each program brings value to our customers.

You Will
- Customer driven LQA program creation and management
- CAR system maintenance (Service quality)
- Internal LQA process management
- Collaboration with our Vendor Management team
You Have
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver in a high-paced environment and under tight timelines.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Quality Management
- Experience with Translation Technology
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A home office setup conducive for working remotely, and the ability to work effectively as a remote team member*
Preferred but not required
- Knowledge of SaaS Dashboards.
- Fluency in a second language.
