Description

The Corporate Strategy Project Manager is a key player in driving the execution of the company’s strategic plan and supporting initiatives across all levels within the organization. This role combines strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of corporate strategy and strategic projects. This position establishes and oversees business relationship functions among corporate departments, technology teams, and executive leadership The individual in this position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with FP&A, senior management and various departments to align projects with overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the creation of strategic business cases to evaluate the financial feasibility and impact of proposed strategies and projects.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with different departments and business units to ensure alignment and integration of strategic goals across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and current and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop, manage, implement and track integration plans across the company for future M&A transactions.
  • Responsible for creating content and designing deliverables in the form of presentations and reports.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Outstanding command of Microsoft and other Business Apps, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of Project Management software.



Requirements

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, strategy, consulting or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or corporate strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • A sound understanding of software and/or workforce management is a plus.
