The Senior Director of Technical Account Management will be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring a growing team of Technical Account Managers (TAM) chartered with ensuring Smartsheet customers successfully deploy and adopt Smartsheet solutions and in achieving measurable business value. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in creating and growing technical advisory programs with a focus on a repeatable methodology and scalable business models. We are looking for a dynamic leader that has vision, depth and execution experience to drive a strategic part of our business. In this role, you will collaborate across various departments within Smartsheet, working closely with customers to elevate and expand our TAM business. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a robust ecosystem of satisfied customers who derive intrinsic value from Smartsheet products and solutions.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Professional Services, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our Technical Account Management function. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered. Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
California & New York: $189,000 to $264,600
All other US States: $175,000 to $245,000
