💻Key tasks, duties and responsibilities
What will one need to do to achieve required outcomes?
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for executives and team members
- Provide general support to visitors, including welcoming, addressing needs, and directing to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with a travel agency to book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for senior managers
- Provide general administrative support to other departments within the company, including document preparation, data entry, and file management
- Efficiently management of correspondence and organize administrative documents
- Ensure smooth office supply management by regularly checking inventory levels and identifying requirements
- Facilitating the procurement of office equipment, receive goods, locate stock, and deliver requested items to authorized departments/entities
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone with suppliers in all communications, whether it's through email, phone calls, or meetings
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and organization of documents
- Provide comprehensive logistical support for internal events
