PAY: $18-22
TITLE & SHIFT: Cabinet Assembler, 1st Shift
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 6AM to 2:30PM

About The Job:
Assemble cabinets and drawers, install hardware such as pulls, locks, file hanging hardware. Hang doors on cabinets and install drawer fronts to drawer boxes. Build toe kicks as required. Be available to work overtime as needed to perform the basic functions of the job. This includes staying late, starting early, and working non-regular hours. Familiarize yourself with the Policy Guide and Health and Safety Program.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a safe and conscientious manner. Observe all safety rules and regulations.
- Use power and hand tools as required to effectively complete tasks.
- Use power tool guards and lock out procedures as necessary to ensure a safe workplace.
- Inspect all parts to be assembled for quality and return all defective parts to the proper department for reworking.
- Review the appropriate shop drawings and ensure that the parts you have are in order, are the proper color, material, and size.
- Install hardware, to the extent possible, prior to assembling the cabinets.
- Learn and become proficient with all aspects of cabinet assembly.
- Install door hinges, baseplates, locks, elbow catches and pulls, drawer slides, file hanging hardware and custom hardware.
- Assemble cabinet boxes with properly aligning joints.
- Hang doors and drawer fronts.
- Mark assembled cabinets for their final destination including job name, room number, elevation, and cabinet number.
