Construction Superintendent

Location: HQ in Springville, UT (will be traveling the SLC Valley)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-50 hrs weekly

Pay Rate: $80K-$120K Salary

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports and change orders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction schematics and blueprints
- Experience using construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Prolog
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety standards on-site
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
- Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure work meets established standards
- Experience in construction estimating and contract management
