Responsibilities:
- Prepare & Mold chocolate into bars.
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper timing and temperature
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
