What You'll Contribute The credit card product management analyst is responsible for providing project and analytical support to the credit card business line. The analyst will perform research, analysis, review, development, implementations and continued monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. This role will act as a project liaison with other stakeholders of key functional areas like Marketing, Finance, IT, Credit Risk, Legal and Compliance. The analyst will compile and manage business requirements to support new project initiatives, execute and monitor various processes to ensure a positive customer experience as well as adherence to compliance of product procedures and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do Project Implementation and Management Assists with management of internal and external cross functional teams for new project initiatives. Strategic solutions advisor, helps to identify, develop and track progress of all projects/initiatives that are key to supporting the program. Works collaboratively with Leadership team and internal partners in the identification, design and justification for projects and initiatives. Ensures the delivery of new products or services meets quality requirements, is within budget and in accordance with the program plan. Provides reporting and regularly scheduled business reviews to product leadership team. Maintains all relevant documentation related to ongoing projects and ensure appropriate monitoring / controls are in place to mitigate risk. Execution of Growth and Marketing Strategies Partners with Marketing and Digital experience teams to implement new creative or revise existing content. Coordinates cross functional teams to execute balance build and spend stimulation campaigns. Launches new initiatives to drive acquisitions via referral programs, new digital cross sell experiences and affiliate marketing campaigns. Process Management and Monitoring Manages critical manual processes for the Credit Card portfolio to ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements. Monitors and audits various customer communication channels to ensure accuracy and consistent customer experiences. Identifies process improvements and develop solutions for enhancing the infrastructure to drive greater consistency and alignment to compliance guidelines. Participates in solution design and planning of new features. What You Have Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required. B.S. degree or equivalent work experience 2 years experience in financial services industry Strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time Self-starter - comfortable in high velocity, time sensitive and highly visible executive management business situations.
