The Maintenance Assistant will make a direct impact on the people we serve by: assisting the Maintenance Director in the property management of SMB’s 15 properties, and developing strong relationships with vendors, tenants, coworkers and the people we serve.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Some knowledge/experience with either indoor or outdoor maintenance and landscaping
- Passionate about our mission: Guiding individuals toward their potential
- A positive attitude and love for people
- Ability to independently manage time and remain organized
Requirements:
- Someone who shares SMB’s core values: dependability, excellence, personal growth, integrity, compassion, and team approach
- Over 18 with a high school diploma or GED
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Job Type: Part-time
