OFFERING INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS A WORLD CLASS EDUCATION
We’re looking for a special candidate who thoroughly understands the ups and downs, ins and outs, of J-1 or F-1 international high school student exchange.
The New York based Student Management Group (SMG) is a worldwide international student exchange organization coordinating exchange experiences for high school age students throughout the U.S. Presently, the interest is bigger than ever in our affordable no-choice program, and we are looking at a 2023 expansion of our nationwide regional management team.
Ideal Candidate:
Possesses leadership ability of J-1/F-1 processes to share clear messages and make complex ideas easy to understand for everyone.
Ability to get things accomplished in a way that inspires and promotes productivity when organizing other people to reach a shared goal.
Is goal-oriented - sets team goals and objectives, develops realistic action plans to achieve positive results, and can manage their time efficiently.
Maintains professionalism – approaches others in a tactful manner, compassionate conflict resolution, maintains objectivity under pressure, is a team player.
Main Duties:
Develop F-1 public and private high schools to sponsor SMG incoming August 2023 international students
Recruit, select, mentor, and coach 20 Area Representatives to facilitate the placement of 40-100 international students
Provide ongoing support to schools, representatives, students, and host families within assigned region.
Compensation
commensurate with student exchange management experience and determined placement agreement.
