Accounting Clerk

Overview

Smile Brands is a dominant player in the dental space and we are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role would work with our preferred and outside laboratories to verify statements are being sent timely to our Accounts Payable team for payments. They will also perform reconciling tasks at month end to ensure accurate allocations were made to doctors. This is a part-time, hybrid position, in Mondovi, WI. 

Schedule (days/hours)

Responsibilities

• Working with laboratories on billing• Being a direct contact for all laboratories • Updating laboratories with doctor office lists monthly• Reviewing all lab statements vs. GL detail• Working with team members to update all lab processes as needed.• Answering lab related questions from team members• Reaching out to new team members with communication on lab processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Reconciliation experience
• Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
• Strong Communication skills
• Professionalism and Confidentiality
• Must have part-time availabilty Monday - Friday

The compensation for this role is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
