rise to the challenge & take the team to the next level. We need your expertise to create a
strong hygiene program including treating periodontal disease, helping pediatric patients, and
providing cosmetic treatment options to your community!

You work hard, you deserve to be rewarded:
- Starting at $45 per hour OR 30% of personal production (whichever is higher) plus bonus opportunities! (Successful hygienists earn over $75,000 /year with unlimited income potential)
- Sign On Bonus Available! (Up to $1500.00)
- Benefits available upon qualification: 401K, Health Insurance Stipend, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays
- Up to $1200 / year in Continuing Education Allowance
- Stable & consistent full-time schedule (Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.)
- Steady new patient flow with a very busy hygiene schedule – allowing you to serve your community & stay busy doing what you love.

Qualifications & What we are looking for in you ...
- Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist from accredited dental program
- Valid North Carolina Dental Hygienist license (or in the process of obtaining) that is in good standing
- Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check
- We are excited to help mentor and support a new grad that is hungry for growth & passionate about helping improve the dental care for their local community
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experienced in screening patients; reviewing health & dental history; recommending care to improve a patient’s oral health; teaching patients proper technique; performing preventative care; taking impressions; placing sealants; delivering treatment for periodontal disease including scaling and root planing; taking diagnostic quality x-rays & reviewing for signs of dental disease
- Confident & driven – you will be a leader in the practice Friendly & flexible - our patients are counting on you to help guide them through their dental care needs
