We are a high-end dental practice looking for the right candidate to join our team.
--As an Experienced Dental Front Desk Administrator, you will build relationships with our valued patients, be sociable and able to build rapport easily, confident, well-spoken and poised with exceptional phone manners and outstanding presentation.
--The ideal candidate should be an excellent multi-tasker who thinks quickly on their feet, an empathetic listener who quickly understands the needs of our discerning clientele, must be focused and organized. Punctuality, accountability and responsibility for this amazing position are a MUST!!
Duties for Dental Assistant/Receptionist Include:
1- Able to answer phone calls professionally welcoming patients.
2- Collecting dental/medical information,
3- Scheduling patient's appointments,
4- Familiar & knowledgeable with insurances (PPO & Denti-Cal) is a plus,
5- Able to speak/read Spanish language is a must,
6- Holding Dental Assistant certificate , X-Ray license , Osha trained & valid CPR,
7- Also able to perform all the duties of Dental Assistant including assisting the Dentist in dental treatment.
