This is a full-time position Monday through Thursday, Friday’s half a day, 1 to 2 Saturdays a month half day, with Fridays off on that week.
This is an established practice with a great NP base monthly. We run an accelerated hygiene program. You will be responsible for all daily operations of the practice. Must have experience in all aspects of dentistry. This position requires, organizational skills, strong follow through, excellent communication and verbal skills able to work under stress and stay focused.
This is a working manager position. Duties will be to oversee daily operations, which include:
- Lead team huddles and motivate your team,
- Meet practice goals
- Oversee schedules
- Specialist schedules
- Insurances processing and predeterminations
- Able to delegate
- Recall Program
- Staff
- Reporting to your Regional's
- Knowledge and experience working with Eaglesoft
- Financial Coordinating
- Treatments Coordinator
- Managing the clinical team
- Marketing
- Daily reconciliation
