We are a nationally recognized privately owned orthopedic healthcare organization that is rapidly expanding our various treatment services. We have an opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our orthopedic urgent care center located in lower Fairfield County CT. You would be treating patients that have various types of musculoskeletal injuries. We are ideally seeking someone full time. Please see job highlights below for more information.
Title: Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
Location: Greenwich, CT
Salary: $115,000 to $130,000 full benefits
Responsibilities:
Ordering lab tests when necessary
Working with physicians in urgent care setting
Addressing patients musculoskeletal injuries
Performing casting and splints when appropriate
Documenting notes in EMR system
Speaking with patients about any medical concerns
Managing possible wound care of infection
Requirements:
Must be either Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Connecticut PA or FNP license
Prior experience working in orthopedics, emergency medicine, or urgent care
1 Year Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
DEA license
Strong personal skills
