Maitre D, Pascal & Sabine
The Maitre D at Pascal & Sabine is the first point of contact of each guest that comes through Pascal and Sabine’s doors. They will greet everyone with professionalism, kindness and like all members of the management team, makes sure we are offering exceptional service to every customer. They will support the entire FOH team to ensure that the flow of service is impeccable and that every table is sat at a pace that supports the bar as well as the kitchen. This position is to ensure that Pascal and Sabine continues to evolve and build business by supporting management in making sure staff upholds the brand and service standards.
The Maitre D will be accountable in the day-to-day to the Business Director and Hospitality Leader regarding the Reservations, guest experience, as well as the standards of her host team. The Maitre D will support the managers on duty to ensure a seamless service.
