What are the responsibilities and job description for the Archive Coordinator position at SMMA?
SMMA is seeking an Archive Coordinator to manage project document archiving and retrieval. This role will also maintain control over a computerized database of historic project information.

Key responsibilities:
- Receives project documents from the project team and logs the project number, description, and date
- Maintains hardcopy archive, storage, and retrieval system
- Performs electronic scans of archive drawings to CD storage
- Stores project documents in the archive storage area and tracks designated location in database
- Retrieves files/drawings as requested
- Maintains Master File documentation for active and closed projects
- Provides print room support, including carrying out printing of various formats and providing finishing services such as binding, laminating, and mounting presentation boards.

- Proficient with Bluebeam, Acrobat, and MS Office including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Current college student actively pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design
- Technical knowledge of the AE industry or experience as a librarian
- Two years of general office experience
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and move furniture
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and work in tight spaces

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
