Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, ordering, taking inventory, and maintaining the overall success of the store.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to store employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase revenue
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet customer demands
- Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members, providing feedback and coaching for improvement
