TITLE Senior Analyst, Promotion Event Analytics LOCATION Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron area) Flexible hybrid work arrangement available ~25% in office presence SUMMARY Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is one of the fastest growing capabilities in the CPG Industry.  Understanding promotions and how to improve their effectiveness is the core of this position.  We are looking for analytical professionals to join our team! This person will enjoy a dynamic and fast paced work environment that is focused on delivering analytics across all the pricing elements.  The purpose of the Promotion Event Analytics Analyst is to conduct rigorous promotion analysis on our trade investment and execution against our brand strategies.  The individual selected, must have the ability to work cross functionally and translate analysis into insight driven recommendations.  The outcome of these efforts will improve our brand strategies, competitiveness, and ROI of our trade investment.  New hires will conduct post promotion analytics to determine insights, ROI, and strategy alignment.  They will also craft recommendations to improve trade effectiveness and create summary presentations that facilitate adoption of recommendations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver Post Event Analytics Understand and summarize current investment results Influence RGM and Brand teams to potential strategic changes Work with customer commercialization and field analysts to positively change promotion investment activities Proactively find solutions through collaboration to drive growth in future year using past indicators, JMS Strategy, and customer go-to market strategies Ability to derive insights from analysis and research Ability to work cross-functionally Ability to maintain multiple data sources and troubleshoot data issues Monitor execution activities and identify areas of opportunity Willingness to learn and master new concepts SELECTION CRITERIA Bachelor’s degree is required 2 years in Business Analytics or a Revenue Growth Management function is required (inclusive of internships) Strong Excel and Power Point experience is a must IRI or AC Nielsen skills are strongly preferred Data Visualization (Spotfire) experience is a plus Strong analytical experience is required About The J.M.
