Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing and electrical issues, painting and structural damage.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Skills:
- Experience working with drywall, plaster and flooring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with at least a basic level of English
- Basic plumbing knowledge is preferred
- Basic electrical knowledge is preferred
