The Opportunity
Snagajob is currently seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join the Internal Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Operations, the NetSuite Developer is responsible for building custom scripts, workflows, and integrations for the NetSuite system, as well as collaborating on NetSuite architecture and data governance. Relatedly, the Developer will perform day-to-day administration of the NetSuite system, inclusive of basic maintenance, upgrades and enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and new feature deployments.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical knowledge of NetSuite, loves solving technical puzzles, and works effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders.

What You Get to Do
- Architect, design and build custom scripts, workflows and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, pre-built Integrations, and custom API developed connections that are scalable as the business grows
- Manage Snagajob’s Workato integration with Salesforce CRM
- Work with cross-functional technical teams and engineers to constantly improve Snagajob’s ecosystem of proprietary and third party products and systems
- Build, configure, maintain, and optimize the NetSuite system
- Suggest ways to continuously enhance the NetSuite user experience based on evolving best practices
- Ensure system integrity, perform audits, prepare for upgrades, and maintain system uptime
- Develop, test, and launch new features
- Troubleshoot technical issues by isolating, diagnosing, and correcting the issue
- Build solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and acceptance criteria; test solutions before deployment; and communicate successful deployment to relevant parties
- Serve as a technical SME for the NetSuite system and associated business processes
- Educate trainers and end users on new functionality
- Track new and emerging technology trends that may affect and/or benefit the business in its utilization of NetSuite
- Through self-directed means, learn about other corporate systems and their relationship to NetSuite in order to serve as an effective partner and technical expert during strategic, cross-functional projects
- Actively contribute to company initiatives and meetings
- Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor of the role
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with NetSuite development and administration
- Deep familiarity with SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow
- Prior experience in connecting pre-built integrations and in developing custom API-based integrations between systems.
- Experience customizing NetSuite fields, forms, record types, workflows, searches, reports and dashboards, and in creating custom roles and permissions
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Experience with advanced PDF/Freemarker templates
- Experience with Zone Advanced Billing preferred
- Experience with Advanced Revenue Management module (ARM) preferred
- Experience working with common operational business processes (i.e., order to cash)
- Experience with standard project and development methodologies (ex: agile, waterfall, PMI tools, etc.)
- Experience working with source control software, i.e GitHub
- Experience working in SaaS, ecommerce, and/or tech-enabled services business
- High initiative, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and high pressure; must exercise sound judgment
- Strong technical proficiency, with an ability to translate complex technical material into common language
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and anticipate consequences of actions
- Ability to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and service-oriented, and deliver work products on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Strong organizational skills and extraordinary attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain credibility with team members and NetSuite stakeholders
- Committed to perpetual improvement; actively explore, recommend, and implement improvements to to Snagajob’s utilization of NetSuite and practices of administration

In this role, you can expect to be paid a base salary in the range of $105,000 to $131,000. Full time employees are also eligible for Snagajob's bonus, equity, and benefits programs.
