Overview
Member of a team that supports and assists in the development of modifications and enhancements to our Global loan system. Requires work on projects and in devising and designing solutions to solve business needs.
Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
- Investigates, analyzes, and develops solutions for reported software deficiencies within the Global loan system
- Participates in system conversion activities
- Maintains application and interface products in PICK, in a UniVerse database on a Red Hat platform
- Assist in integrating Red Hat systems with Internet Development efforts
- Assist in Developmental Testing as well as User Acceptance Testing for numerous high priority enhancements to the System
- Troubleshoot system problems, including business applications, hardware and OS software
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience with .Net is a plus
- Experience installing and supporting PICK applications running on UniVerse or UniData Database Systems in the Red Hat environment is a plus
- Columbia Ultimate Business Systems (CUBS) experience is a plus
Working Environment: Required working hours are from 8 to 5 daily.
