The Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of day operations and oversight of branch activities. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is customer service oriented. The position will require effective management skills, multitasking, forward thinking, efficient and productive go-getter.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Execution of business plan and budget achievement
- Participate in various outbound sales efforts
- Partner with teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
- Consultative selling during customer engagement
- Delegation of sales activities and opportunity management
- Overall branch operational and general responsibilities
- Inventory management
- Team management and coordination
- Ability to learn and comprehend electrical based product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Phone/Email/Walk In Order processing overflow
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years team management/operational/customer service/sales experience
- Previous Audio-Visual knowledge preferred
- Comfortable multi-tasking while in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Motivated self-starter
