Waiter

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server/Server to join our team. As a Server/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our guests. Duties: - Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus and answer questions about menu items - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Serve food and drinks to customers with professionalism and attention to detail - Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Process customer payments accurately using POS system - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering orders - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for processing payments accurately Please note that this is a general overview of the position's duties and skills.
