Our client is a leader in helping patients uncover thebest healthcare most notably through the highly respectedAmerica’s Top Doctors ® publications and onlineresources.
They are seeking someone with experience in membershipsales and support to work with physicians to convert theirpractices to a membershipbased / conciergestyle model.
The MemberAdvisor will interface with patients in person (working out of thephysician’s office) telephonically and electronically toguide them through the process of converting from a patient to a Member.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectivelycommunicating the benefits of Membership to prospectiveMembers.
- Support patients in a variety ofways throughout the process of becoming a Member (decisionsupport
onboarding answering questions proper andconsistent followup etc.).
- Responsible forachieving or exceeding team sales goals.
- Ensure an outstanding Member experience duringsignup / onboarding.
- Serve as an onsite pointperson for both Members and practice staff regardingconversionrelated questions.
- Log all patientinteractions and sales activity in the CCPHP SalesForcedatabase.
- Conduct meetings with CCPHPcorporate staff and practice staff regarding conversionefforts.
- Plan / Host member events and Meet& Greets for lead generation and MembershipSales.
- Build rapport and lastingrelationships with prospective and current members.
- Represent Castle Connolly in the most polishedprofessional and highestquality manner possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Enthusiasticenergetic personable and friendly disposition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks tosuccessful completion
- Ability to be graciousand maintain a professional positive attitude in a variety ofsituations
- Experience working in HIPAAcovered transactionspreferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MSOffice software strongly encouraged
- Bachelor’s degree
JOBTYPE
- Contractor. 5 days per weekfor 16 weeks.
