Job Description Title: MAC Engineer
Location: onsite - Colorado Springs metro area
Pay Rate: $31.25 - $36.00/hr.
This position is for someone who has a passion for evolving technology and customer support. You will provide exceptional technical expertise within a large organization for macOS and Apple hardware support needs. This position is a key player as a subject matter expert to the IT support team and our customers by assessing situations, sharing knowledge, and providing technology support.

Requirements
- ACSP, /CompTIA A , Network , and Security preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in some facet of IT is preferred
- Deskside Support background
- Must pass a background check.
- 3-5 years of Mac enterprise support
- 4 years of Deskside support background preferred.
- 2 years of network/infrastructure background
Salary : $31 - $36
